Committees

The North Coast Chamber of Chamber of Commerce has several committees that help to develop all of its internal and external activities. By becoming actively involved in the Chamber, you have the opportunity to take full advantage of all the benefits your membership offers you. MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Lisa Roth

This committee actively networks to promote the merits of the Chamber, thereby retaining existing membership and expanding new membership.

MARKETING COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Joanette Romero

This committee is responsible for the overall marketing of the Chamber including branding, website, newsletter, media relations, public relations and communication.

FINANCE COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Paul Gregory

This committee will evaluate the overall financial performance of the Chamber and assess that performance against established benchmarks.

PROGRAM COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Theresia Oreskovic

This committee will coordinate the Chamber’s various networking activities, including Networking Luncheons, Business After Hours and other special social gatherings.

LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Geoffrey Smith

This committee will analyze legislative activity that could impact our business members as well as maintain open lines of communication with regional, state and national political leaders to provide an avenue for the Chamber to voice opinions representing those of the Chamber membership.

EDUCATION COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Charlotte Picha

This committee will provide meaningful contact between local schools and high school students to broaden students’ awareness of job and career opportunities in business.

SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Ray Gilles

This committee works with the local schools to select students for annual scholarships.

LONG-TERM PLANNING AND NOMINATING COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Rob Capretto

The Long-Term Planning committee will serve as consultants to the President and Vice Presidents to establish long-term goals and objectives for the Chamber. The Nominating Committee will identify prospective board members and evaluate existing board members for the betterment of the Chamber on a yearly basis.

GOLF OUTING COMMITTEE - Chairperson - Ray Frank

This committee will coordinate the Chamber’s Annual Golf Outing.
